History Live: “Cancer Therapies: 19th Century to Tomorrow”

The Wistar Institute is pleased to partner with the Chemical Heritage Foundation on this special History Live event which will focus on the past, present, and future of cancer research, regulation, and drug development.

“Cancer Therapies: 19th Century to Tomorrow” will feature a conversation with Dr. Dario C. Altieri, the director of The Wistar Institute Cancer Center, and Stephen J. Lippard, the Arthur Amos Noyes Professor of Chemistry at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Audience members can look forward to opening remarks and brief individual presentations followed by a moderated panel discussion and Q&A session.

The evening will kick off with a reception at 5:30 p.m. and end with dessert and coffee.
