Array Analysis
Illumina Gene Expression profiling platform for mouse and Human studies. (Mouse arrays and Human arrays are currently available)

*Genomic scale expression profiling requires time and an understanding of the inherent limitations of microarrays we recommend that each investigator take time before submitting samples to discuss the project with one of our array specialists in the lab. This will help predict the number of replicates needed and estimate the time and cost of a project and improve the chances that the arrays used will yield results you can have confidence in.
*Other arrangements can be made in response to special requests by investigators.

All DNA samples delivered by 10:00 am will be available the next day at 2:00 pm. DNA samples for which the dye-terminator reactions have been run by investigator can be delivered before 2:00 pm for pick up the following day at 2:00 pm. No sequencing reactions are run on Fridays.
