How to Obtain Services

For Information regarding hybridization,or analysis of Illumina arrays please

Arraysupport@wistar.org, or more urgently at 215-898-3902. You should expect an answer the same day. 

• For questions about scheduling and costs  for, SNP Genotyping, CNV Analysis and Gene Expression Analysis. Contact Celia Chang . The Facility will amplify  your RNA for gene expression and hybridize the arrays according to Facility protocols. All samples submitted for analysis must be accompanied by the Sample Form. Data analysis is performed by the Wistar Bioinformatics Group, http://bioinfo.wistar.upenn.edu/, Please contact bioinfo@wistar.org with further questions regarding pricing and analysis.

• For information on sample preparation and submission for sequencing on the Solexa GAII please direct questions to the Solexa specialist solexa@wistar.org. For our Sample Preparation and Sequencing Price List please click on the "user fees" link on the right and scroll to the bottom. We require the following three forms (available in GAII_sample submission form) to be electronically filled out and emailed to the Solexa specialist prior to accepting sample submissions each time: GAII submission form, Image Storage Agreement form and Bioinformatics Analysis agreement form.
  
  Data analysis is performed by the Wistar Bioinformatics Group. A comprehensive list of the basic and additional specialized analyses can be found at: http://bioinfo.wistar.upenn.edu/solexaDoc.html. Please contact bioinfo@wistar.org with further questions regarding pricing and or make an appointment for consultation. Please note that there is a separate fee to obtain your data after sequencing charged by the bioinformatics to process basic analysis. Additional analysis increases the rate depending on your needs.
