Origin: Mice were immunized with melanoma
cells and fusion was done with the non-secreting variance P3x63Ag8.653.
ME D63 detects p97Kd glycoprotein that is present
on melanoma cells. P97 can bind iron and is also found on normal
liver cells and sweat glands.
