Introduction

The Wistar Genomics Facility serves as a hub for consultation and scientific interactions relating to nucleic-acid based methods and provides expertise and support to insure the best possible use of the emerging nucleic-acid technologies. In addition to consultation and collaboration with Wistar Cancer Center members, the Facility provides the following products and services to the greater scientific community.

Illumina Bead Array Platforms:

 Solexa Genome Analyzer: ( http://www.illumina.com/pages.ilmn?ID=250 )

All sample preparations for GAII analysis are provided by the facility. User prepared samples are also accepted.  Please email the GAII Submission Form and consult with Calen Nichols nichols@wistar.org for sample requirements, the quality control issues that need to be addressed in sample preparations, and the projected schedule for sample processing.   A short description of the project should be provided with the samples.

Custom cDNA arrays can be produced at the request of investigator and by consultation with the Facility Director.
