Scientists
The Wistar Institute comprises the laboratories of more than
30 principal investigators. Each researcher works independently
and in collaboration with his or her colleagues at the Institute
and elsewhere to gain new knowledge about the mechanisms underlying
major diseases. The ultimate goal is to develop fundamentally new
ways to diagnose and treat illness.
