2012 Running for Cover Run/Walk

June 24, 2012 was the Annual Noreen O’Neill Foundation for Melanoma Research Running for Cover 5K Run/Walk at the Wells Fargo Center.
Despite the hot June weather, participants turned out in droves at the sports complex in South Philadelphia. In total, nearly 700 participants ran or walked, raising approximately $20,000 for melanoma research at The Wistar Institute. This year, about 50 employees, friends, and family members represented Team wiSTARS, adding $1,400 to the final tally.
